We believe in making you happy. You may return most new, unopened items within 21 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of an error on our end (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) Pre-made favors are non-refundable once they leave our warehouse. However, you are entitle to a full refund if you received an incorrect or defective item.Â
