  • We believe in making you happy. You may return most new, unopened items within 21 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of an error on our end (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) Pre-made favors are non-refundable once they leave our warehouse. However, you are entitle to a full refund if you received an incorrect or defective item. 

  • You should expect to receive your refund within 2 to 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days). 

  • If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

  • After we are notify of the return, a Americasfavors team member will create a return label for you, so you may return your items to us. 

  • In store returns and refunds purchased thru online are not available at this time. We ask that you please ship them back to our return address:

Does Americasfavors offer replacements and exchanges?

Yes, you can create replacement and exchange orders from this page by clicking Return Items. If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item.
