1.  Are the favors already made?

  • We sell the supplies to make the favors shown in the website, or you may request that we make the favors for you. Just send us an inquiry through the contact us tab and we’ll be more than happy to accommodate your needs.

2. For the premade favors, how do I customize them? 

  • When you are looking at your desire premade favors, go to product description area (bottom) to see what is customizable. From there, you made use the request box to explain what you would like to change and personalize. (There are lots you may customize.If you don't see what you like, feel free to email us or chat with us on Facebook so we can better assist you.)  
  • We may personalize stickers and satin ribbon (1/4" or 3/8") for your party event to be add to your premade favor. Send us email or chat with us on Facebook to learn more) 

3. How long does it take for the favors to be done if I ordered them to be made?

  • We personally make them here for you in United States. and it usually takes about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks for your order to be made and ship to your door.
  • We do make an exceptions if you need your order quicker. 
  • Please send us a email at shop@americasfavors.com or chat with us on Facebook. So, we can give you a better estimate.  

4. I’m lost and I need ideas for my next event.

  • We at Americas Favors, love to share our ideas! Check us on on our blog for DIY projects, inspirations, and more. Or if you need additional help, reach out to us through email at Shop@americasfavors.com You may also check us out on Instagram and Pinterest. Both of these pages are filled with different ideas for every occasion. 

5. Are there tutorials on how to make the favors?

  • Yes, we have a Youtube channel that has various tutorials about making favors with supplies you can find on this website. We update our channel every two weeks so make sure to subscribe for more.

6. An item I like is out of stock! What do I do?

  • You may email us through shop@americasfavors.com or call us at (213)-253-9808 and we’ll be happy to assist you.

7. How do I change or cancel my order?

  • Please contact us within one hour to change your order. If you received a confirmation email that your order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel your order. 
  • Please wait till the order has arrived. Refuse the package or send it back to us, and we will refund you.

8. I am having problem deciding what to get for a registry or I want to contribute to a my friend or family member party but don't know what to get? 

  • You could get them a gift card. They would be able to decide on what they want, and you don't have to worry about getting them the wrong thing.

1How can I pay for my order?

  • You may pay for your order with a VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card or debit card, or an Americas Favors gift certificate. We also accept PayPal and Apple Pay. 

2. Is America’s Favors a secure site?

  • We use secure servers and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt all of your personal information, including your credit card data. Strong security measures are used to prevent the loss and misuse of your information once it is in our records.
