Shipping Time: 

All orders of $65 or more across any product category qualify for FREE Shipping. 

With free shipping, your order will be delivered within 3-8 business days after all your items are available to ship. Excluding (Pre-made Favors)

Some states may have faster shipping times. :)

* Certain items with label on the description of the product page: "Special Shipping & Handling" ship from our factory and may have a handing and shipping time of 12-24 day before they arrive to you.*

For Pre-made Favor Items: 

Please allow two weeks to receive your pre-made favors from the time your ordered to the time it arrives to your destination. (Pre-made favors are all handmade in Los Angeles, CA, so  it requires about one week and a half to complete. Another 3-5 business days to get to you after.) 

You may request for a faster processing time for your pre-made favors, please send us a email at Shop@americasfavors.com . (Additional fees may apply) 

Customized Ribbons & Stickers:

Personalized ribbons take 2 days to process afterwards please allow 3 day for delivery.

Personalized stickers take 3 days to process afterwards please allow 3 days for delivery. 

For all other items (not pre-made): 

Your order will be delivered within 4-8 business days after all your items are available to ship.

Return Policy (100% Guarantee Money Back Policy): 

We believe in making you happy. You may return most new, unopened items within 21 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of an error on our end (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) Pre-made favors are non-refundable once they leave our warehouse. However, you are entitle to a full refund if you received an incorrect or defective item.
